Payment forms accepted:
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Paypal payments from Payapl accounts with Confirmed Addresses.
We ship through USPS, which means that we ship 6 days a week, Monday-Saturday. Please note that holidays and extreme weather can affect your expected delivery date. We do our best here at Dragon’s Hoard to keep handling time to a minimum.
Estimated delivery for Domestic First Class and Domestic Priority Mail is three to four days. Domestic Express Mail is estimated to take two days.
International Shipping times vary, and are sometimes delayed by customs. Any customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Please email us about returns at Questions@Dragons-Hoard.com to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We accept returns within seven (7) days of delivery, so long as the items are returned in their original unworn condition, with their original undamaged retail packing. Earrings and custom orders are not returnable. We refund the full price of the original item, and original shipping when we have received the item. However, we do not cover the cost of return shipping, and do not send refunds for items that we don’t receive. We strongly suggest adding insurance to the return shipping, in case the item is lost or damaged in the mail; damaged items will not be considered to have been returned in their original condition.
Should your order arrive with damaged items, please contact us at Questions@Dragons-Hoard.com as quickly as possible, so that we can arrange to replace or refund the item.
We cannot accept returns without an RMA, so please contact us as quickly as possible to begin the return process.
